The SRH have hired Brian Lara and Dale Steyn as coaches ahead of the IPL 2022 season
The IPL 2016 winners SRH have revealed the arrival of a refurbished coaching team that includes West Indian Brian Lara and South African Dale Steyn, as well as a few more heavyweights, following a dismal start in the IPL 2021 campaign, in which they ended last.
Tom Moody, an Australian all-rounder who replaced compatriot Trevor Bayliss as SRH’s head coach, has returned. There were significant modifications in coaching methods following this hiatus.
The team’s biggest advantage in succeeding in the struggle is the new inclusion in staff, where everyone belongs to the team’s capacity to carry out for a different conclusion.
Moody had a successful tenure as head coach of the SRH club, which won the IPL title in 2016 and crossed the league stage five times. When a team loses a game, the coaches are subjected to a barrage of criticism. There was a lot of criticism from fans and commentators, including Stan, after Warner was controversially dismissed by the franchise following the last IPL tournament.
Muralidharan will remain as the SRH’s spin bowling coach for the next IPL 2022 season, while former RCB head coach Simon has been named as their assistant coach. Hemang Badani, a former India cricketer, has been named fielding coach and talent scout for SRH, following his stellar performance in the Tamil Nadu Premier League.
The coach team should be formed in an outstanding manner, and the entire team should be managed using their skill set of coaching. The team must grow in strength, which is why good training under the guidance of the coach is essential.
On Thursday, it was also reported that the IPL 2022 super auction will take place on February 12 and 13, with Sunrisers Hyderabad keeping their usual skipper Kane Williamson, as well as uncapped talents Umran Malik and Abdul Samad.
